Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026.

Scope

This policy describes the data behavior of the current Berth & Board site. It offers static guides and browser-based tools, without accounts, checkout, an email list, or a contact form.

Calculator inputs

Calculator numbers are processed in your browser. The calculator code does not send your inputs to a server and does not retain them after a page reload. Do not enter identity or payment details; the tools do not need them.

Checklist storage

Checklist selections are saved in this browser using local storage when available. They are not transmitted by the checklist code. Use Reset on the checklist or your browser storage controls to clear them. Browser storage may be unavailable in restricted browsing modes; the checklist still works for the current page.

Search uses a downloaded static index and filters it in your browser. A query placed in the page URL is part of the request URL and browser history. Avoid putting sensitive information into search terms or shared page addresses.

Technical requests

Loading any website sends technical request information to the server providing it. Hosting and network providers may process information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and timestamps under their own policies. This site does not state an unverified retention period for those providers.

Advertising and analytics

No advertising or analytics scripts are active in this version. No third-party fonts or embedded booking widgets are loaded. Links to official resources take you to external sites with their own policies.

Contact and rights requests

A public contact address is not currently configured. No message can be submitted through this site. See the Contact page for the current status. The publisher must provide a usable contact route before accepting public privacy requests. Any applicable privacy rights depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction; this page does not replace those rights.

Future changes

Before adding analytics, advertising, submissions, or other data collection, the publisher must review the actual practices, update these notices, and implement any required consent and request processes.
